Journey To Get ACE Rank

It is said that learning is an attitude. The person who is willing to learn always find something to add some value to his/her attitude. And that's what playing PUBG did to me. The greatest thing I learned from PUBG is leadership. It has been 4 months when I installed this game. No need to explain what this game is all about. But people around me always asked me why I am so addicted to it and I always said, "Just let me reach to the ACE". Well here's my answer; I always consider myself confident about my strategist personality. It means always well aware about your surroundings, calculate the possibilities, grab the opportunity and n number of factors that can affect you. The best way to put this in one line is to "Defies the LUCK". So, my heart started to question that if what I think is correct then prove it and attain a top ranking in this game. I hope you understand that why it was so important. If I didn't do it then my theories which I am following, and the building block of my ethics will collapse. So, it was an emotional attachment and I started my journey... and it was time for me to learn:

# There is always a loop hole

Anime - Inazuma eleven [ Based on Soccer ]

I watched this Anime which was on football 2 years back and there was a dialogue which I didn't realized till I experienced it. Let me just get to the point and write it in my own words: "There is always a counter measure to each and everything which is yet to be think."

Experience: While playing PUBG, I always referred pro's videos and try to follow that but there was always someone smart enough who already saw that video and applied counter measure. For example, while entering in the house you though the person would be sitting on the table, he was lying on the floor. And if you think that he is lying on the floor, he will jump instead in front of you and there are 'N' number of things that counter measure each other.

# Instinct Is What Matters

There is a famous quote which goes like this "The instinct is the only difference between the king and his horse." Most people believe that you should keep patience and I also believe so. But be aware of your surroundings, it might let you skip the opportunity which was yours. Sometimes you have to wait and sometimes you need to rush. That's what it is all about which I call is instinct.

Experience: If you killed a player and you are looting him, how many times you have died just because there was someone snipping. But sometimes your friend rushes to the loot and no one's attack him, and you end up like watching. Yeah, your friend gets 8x, 4x, suppressor, good gun and you got nothing. Most people will say it was just LUCK, but I will say INSTINCT i.e. choice to go or not.

# Leadership

The basic myth of this quality is that everyone believes in himself/herself but don't want to trust others and yet they think themselves as a leader. It is very likely to the same defined by great people as the quality needs sacrifices. And believe me, it takes courage to see others growing fast in front of your eyes just because you sacrificed your opportunity.

Experience: This is going to be a lengthy example. If you are playing squad and never grow beyond CROWN (II) or CROWN (III) then, this is the thing you are lacking. If we are talking about rankings, then what we are talking about points. More kills mean more points. So, everyone wants high number of kills and because of that your squad don't shares the scope and guns I guess. So, if one person found Kar98 and the other found 8x, I guess both are not willing to give. I was at GOLD when I realise this problem in my squad. So, I took initiative to share mine. What my squad wanted, I just shared; bullets, scope, guns... everything what they want. Do you think this has resolved the problem? No, it was my turn to learn the leadership quality now. Once I started to share, people around me were growing fast. Most of them reached CROWN when I was still at PLATINUM (IV). The reason behind this was the points. They are gaining +18, +16 because of the kills and I was getting +8, +6. Well, getting depressed I stop playing for a week. And after a week when I came back, there were messages on my phone asking me why I am not playing. People wanted to play with me. When I dropped a WhatsApp messages in my PUBG group where I said I am online "let's play a game", everyone was ready to play. Now A squad can be of 4 and there were people requesting me to join the squad. Everyone is saying play with "Amit Bhaiya". So, I accepted the first 2 request as the other 2 players were me and my brother. After finishing a match there was a message "Amit Bhaiya, please kick out other member, now it's my turn to play". A thought tickle into my mind, bingo suddenly I realized what just happened and the quality of leadership. Believe me, it's hard to watch others growing and sometimes even I got arrogant sharing nothing. To verify this, I played a week like sharing nothing. Yeah, I was playing like others; interested in more kills and guess what; Yeah, I lost it. Now after a week, the people lost interest in playing with me and started to play with whoever is online from our group.

I guess I couldn't experiment this thing in real life otherwise it would be a great loss. But PUBG gave me platform to test and verify. The greatest thing which I was already knowing but experienced while playing PUBG i.e. leadership quality. Leader always says this thing in his/her heart "Failure is mine, but the glory is yours."

At the end, don't forget your hard work. I reached the ACE rank because I was in action. Yes, I was playing too much.
